S’ofereixen totes les llengües, tret d’anglès, francès o alemany i cada curs consta de 60 hores de docència i almenys 15 hores a la setmana, en dos nivells (inicial i intermedi).
Els estudiants seleccionats no han de pagar matrícula per participar als cursos i, a més, se’ls pot concedir un ajut complementari una vegada certificada la realització del curs que pot oscil·lar entre 150€ i 450€ en funció de la durada del curs.
Per als estudiants que se’n van durant el curs acadèmic sencer o el primer semestre del curs 2012/13, el curs intensiu tindrà lloc entre l’agost i el setembre (sempre abans de l'inici del curs acadèmic) i han de presentar la sol·licitud abans de les 14h del 25 de maig.
Pel que fa als estudiants que seran fora només durant el segon semestre, el curs intensiu tindrà lloc entre gener i febrer de 2013 i han de presentar la sol·licitud abans de les 14h del 22 d’octubre.

The UNOG Library is looking for interns to work in the following areas
· acquire and preserve library materials and United Nations documentation, including data processing related to these collections, by cataloguing and indexing their contents
· provide general information, library collections, electronic services and specialized research facilities for users from the Secretariat, Permanent Missions, United Nations affiliates and agencies, NGOs, the press and the academic or professional world
· participate in a programme of digitization of UN documentation
· participate in the archival description, digitization and preservation programme of the archives of the League of Nations, UNOG and other Secretariat Units ; contribute to the preparation of temporary exhibitions in the League of Nations
· participate in records management activities at UNOG
· contribute to the programme of cultural events within the overall UNOG cultural policy
Applicants must be enrolled in a degree programme in a graduate school (second university degree or higher); or if pursuing their studies in countries where higher education is not divided into undergraduate and graduate stages, have completed at least four years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of a degree.
Internships are NOT paid. The acquisition of necessary visa, travel cost, travel arrangements and living accommodations are the responsibilities of the interns.
